IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection: All Six Scents, and the Four It Leaves Out

The IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection is a six-piece discovery set from the Saudi house Ibrahim Al Qurashi, holding 10 ml of each fragrance in a flat presentation box. The brand describes it as six of its latest scents, and that wording is precise: these are the newest releases rather than the greatest hits.

Which points at the thing no listing mentions. The Diamond Collection runs to ten fragrances, so this box holds six of them. A separate ten-piece set exists, and the brand calls that one the complete collection.

IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection: the short version

  • What it is: The IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection holds six eau de parfums, 10 ml each.
  • What it covers: Six of the ten fragrances in the Diamond Collection, specifically the newest ones.
  • Start with: Gray Pearl if you want oud and smoke. Nude Coral if you want sweet and creamy.
  • Full sizes: Full-size versions run 150 ml, so a 10 ml is a genuine trial rather than a token.
  • Best for: Sampling before committing, and gifting to someone whose taste you do not know.

What is in the box: all six profiled

Here is every fragrance in the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection, listed in the order worth trying them rather than the order they sit in the box.

  1. Gray Pearl Diamond — Aquatic freshness and berries over jasmine and rose, closing on oud, incense and spices. The smoky one, and the most traditionally Gulf of the six.
  2. Black Carbon Diamond — Saffron and bergamot into rose, apple and patchouli, over sandalwood, musk and frankincense. A rose-woody, drier than it sounds.
  3. White Regent Diamond — Sandalwood, tea, fig and cardamom, then iris and vetiver, over vanilla, tonka and patchouli. The most unusual thing in the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection. Powdery and woody at once.
  4. Purple Heart Diamond — Orange blossom, pear and vanilla into pink pepper, jasmine and almond, over cashmeran, cedarwood and patchouli. White floral with a marzipan edge.
  5. Nude Coral Diamond — Bergamot, apple and saffron into orange blossom, coconut and guaiac wood, over vanilla, amber and cashmeran. The sweetest and creamiest here.
  6. Emerald Soul Diamond — Bergamot, mandarin and white musk over fresh spices and lemon, closing on vanilla and amber. The simplest and the easiest to wear anywhere.

Six of ten: what the set leaves out

The full Diamond Collection has ten members. The four absent from the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection are Pink Sakura, Blue Aqua, Cullinan Iris and Black Diamond Incense.

That last omission is the one worth knowing about. Black Diamond Incense is the collection’s smoky leather and oud release, and it is the one most people have actually heard of. If that is what drew you to the house, this set does not contain it.

The brand sells a ten-piece version at the same 10 ml size and describes it as the complete Diamond Collection. So the choice is straightforward: six newest, or all ten.

Worth noting what the four missing ones have in common. They are the older half of the collection, and several exist in larger 200 ml bottles that the newer six do not. The IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection is built around new arrivals, not around what sells.

Which of the six to try first

Group them and the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection stops being a list. Three of the six are sweet and comforting: Nude Coral, Purple Heart and Emerald Soul all finish on vanilla with amber or cashmeran underneath, and any of the three would read as approachable on a stranger.

Two are drier and more structured. Black Carbon runs rose over sandalwood and frankincense, and White Regent is the genuine outlier here, pairing iris and vetiver with fig and tea.

One bottle in the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection stands apart entirely. Gray Pearl is the only one built on oud and incense, so it is the obvious starting point if Arabic perfumery is what you came for, and the obvious one to skip if it is not.

A practical sequence through the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection. Gray Pearl first, to see whether you want the Gulf register at all, then White Regent to test the opposite end, then whichever of the sweet three suits the weather.

No perfumer is credited on any of them

None of the ten Diamonds carries a perfumer credit, on the brand’s own stores or on the fragrance databases. On its own that would mean nothing, because almost no Gulf house at this price publishes one.

Except this house does credit perfumers elsewhere, just not on the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection. IBRAQ names Quentin Bisch and Jordi Fernández on its Twilight Secrets releases, and those sit on the same collection pages as the Diamonds. The credits are in the product titles and the web addresses.

So the silence across the Diamond Collection is a decision rather than an omission. A house that credits a composer when it has a name worth printing, and stays quiet otherwise, is telling you how it ranks its own output.

Which is useful rather than damning. It suggests the Diamonds are house compositions built to a commercial brief, and the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection should be judged on what is in the bottles rather than on who made them.

The names come from real diamonds

Several names in the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection are not invented. The Regent is a 140-carat stone from the Kollur mine in India, cut in London between 1704 and 1706, and it has sat in the Louvre since 1887. Louis XV and Louis XVI both wore it in their coronation crowns, and Napoleon had it mounted on his sword.

The Cullinan, which names one fragrance missing from the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection, was the largest gem diamond ever found. The Royal Purple Heart is a documented coloured diamond too.

It is marketing, but it is researched marketing, and it explains the naming logic: colour terms for the fragrances built around an impression, historical stones for the ones meant to feel important.

Who the IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection suits

Anyone deciding whether this house is for them. At 10 ml each you get enough of all six for several full wearings, and the full bottles are 150 ml, so the trial costs a fraction of one wrong guess.

The IBRAQ Mini Diamond Collection also works as a gift precisely because the six spread across registers. One box covers sweet, woody and smoky, so the recipient picks instead of you.
