Spirit of Dubai is the luxury fragrance line from Nabeel Perfumes, a house founded in 1969 in Yemen by master perfumer Asghar Adam Ali (Al Attar). Moreover, every composition comes from one man’s vision. Al Attar created all 15 fragrances himself. The catalogue splits into two tiers: eight First Generation niche compositions and seven Second Generation ultra-niche compositions. Furthermore, each fragrance represents a different side of Dubai, from its beaches to its towers to its cultural heritage. Prices start around $140 and climb past $800. These are dense, oud-heavy, complex compositions that demand attention. Consequently, they will overwhelm casual wearers.
