WINTER PERFUMES

Cold air kills weak fragrances. Moreover, the citrus and fresh compositions that worked in summer barely register below 5°C. Winter demands weight. It demands projection. It demands compositions that push through scarves and coats. Furthermore, this is the season where Arabic perfumery dominates without contest. Oud, incense, leather, dark spices, heavy amber, and smoke were built for cold air. The colder it gets, the better they perform. Consequently, the compositions that felt too strong in July become perfect in January.

However, winter also rewards concentration. Extrait de parfum formats push higher oil content through cold air more effectively than standard EDPs. As a result, our winter collection leans toward the heaviest, darkest, most intense compositions we carry. These are not polite fragrances. They are room-fillers designed for the months when you need to be noticed through layers of clothing. Explore our winter perfumes at ZAOUD.
