Shipping Rates

We offer a transparent tiered shipping structure based on your order value:

    • FOR ITALY :-
    • Orders under €30.00: €5.15 shipping fee
    • Orders from €30.00 to €75.00: Delivery fee is €5.
    • We offers FREE shipping on all orders above €75.00.

 

Delivery Timeframes

    • Standard Orders: Expect delivery within 1-2 working days within Italy.
    • Sample Orders: Orders containing only samples may take 2-3 working days for delivery.

 

Order Processing

    • We process orders within 2 working days.
    • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) have a higher chance of same-day processing.
    • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready for shipping.

 

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers like BRT, GLS, DHL, FedEx, and the Italian Postal Service to ensure your order arrives safely.

 

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.

 

Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently only ship within Italy and other European countries.
    • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

 

Handling Fees

    • Our shipping rates excludes any handling fee or any packaging costs. 

 

Complaints and Damaged Goods

  1. Our Commitment to Quality: We take meticulous care in packaging your order and maintain video records of the process to ensure your products leave our warehouse in perfect condition.
  2. Reporting Timeframe: To help us address any issues promptly, please report any damaged goods within 3 days of receiving your order. Reports made after this timeframe may not be eligible for a resolution.
  3. Unpacking documentation: To support any claims, please record a video and take photos while unpacking your order. This documentation is crucial for verifying the condition of the products upon arrival. Claims without this evidence may not be accepted.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging your order, occasionally issues may occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost:

  2. Provide details:  Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a description of the issue. 
  3. We'll work it out:  We'll investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the situation, which may include a replacement or refund.
