Thank you for shopping at ZAOUD, your source for authentic oriental perfumes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, this policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds, in compliance with Italian law.

Section 1: Right to Withdrawal

 

    • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
    • The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.

 

    • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email with an explicit declaration of your decision to Info@zaoud.it
    • NOTE. Can’t request returns for products set as SALE.

 

Section 2: Return Procedure

 

    • Please return the product(s) to us within 14 days of notifying us about your withdrawal.

 

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. (perfumes without damaging wrapped plastic )
  • No Refund for Damaged Packaging or Scratches
    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for minor damages such as a scratched bottle, a damaged box, or a broken bottle cap. These do not affect the fragrance quality.
  • Return Policy (Buyer Covers Shipping Cost) 
    • If the buyer still wishes to return the product despite the above conditions, they must cover the return shipping cost as per our regular return policy.
  • No Return for Opened Perfume Boxes
    • Once the perfume box is opened, we cannot accept returns, as opened products cannot be resold. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before opening the box.

 

  • Please note: Opened perfume bottles, items with damaged packaging, or products showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature may be subject to a diminished value deduction.

 

Section 3: 2ML 5ML samples Return request not acceptable.

  • Custom-Made Nature: All perfume samples are made upon receiving the order, ensuring that they are freshly prepared specifically for you. As such, these samples are considered custom-made items.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of the perfume samples, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Once the order is placed and the sample is made, it is non-returnable.

  • Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our products. If there is an issue with the product (such as a defect or incorrect order), please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

  • Full-Size Bottles: Should you choose to purchase a full-size bottle after trying a sample, we are happy to assist you in selecting the perfect fragrance for your needs.

 

Section 4: Refunds

 

    • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

    • Refunds will cover the full purchase price of the product(s) but may exclude original delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery fees.

 

Section 5: Non-Refundable Items

 

    • Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

Section 6: Late or Missing Refunds

 

    • If you haven't received your approved refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company.

Section 7: Warranty Claims

 

    • All ZAOUD products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

 

    • For warranty claims, please refer to the warranty document included with your product and contact us at Info@zaoud.it

 

Section 8: Order Cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order to receive a full refund.
  • If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before shipping, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, it may be returned upon receipt, following the Return Policy guidelines.

Exceptions:

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed.
  • Limited edition or promotional items may also be excluded from cancellation policies due to high demand.
